Player overhand passes the ball to a setter and digs their return spike. Then, a setter sets the ball for a spike. Coaching points. Player must focus on passing accurately so that the setter can set the ball easily. Attacker needs to quickly change their role from from receiver to attacker.
Spike & Dig will be back in 2022 on August 6th and 7th at Dwight Merkel Field. Online Registration will open on May 18th, 2022 for the 2022 Tournament. The cost of the event is $240 for an adult team of seven players and $210 for a SHS or JHS team with seven players, plus a $35 charge for each player after seven. Late entry is $300.
